For over 15 years I built software inside big companies. Big teams, long release cycles, a lot of waiting.

Now it is two of us in Berlin. We run a consulting business, and we built Consulting Cockpit, a product we use ourselves every day, with one client on it already. AI agents do most of the typing.

The surprise: the agents did not make us much faster at writing code. They made us faster at everything around it. Specs, tests, docs, the boring parts nobody wanted.

The slow part in big companies was never the typing. It still is not.

I post about what works and what breaks when a tiny team builds with agents. Plain words, one take per post.
