8) In other words, I don't think all pain claims made about #CBD#topicals will draw #FDA's ire. More aggressive claims or moderate claims plus aggravating factors will still be Agency's focus, is my prediction.
1) - While many will say that FDA is casting a wider net by going after topicals and pain claims, the Agency has gone after such products and such claims, previously (at least as far back as October 2019).
@tomangell Rep. Flowers, the chief sponsor, expressed concerns about the adult use bill during 2019 floor debate that it didn't do enough to help communities harmed by the war on drugs. I think that feeling has only grown. I think this will pass easily (but could be wrong).
