@help_delhivery My order was due on Sept'21st. Only single item was delivered on 23rd and the other item is missing. There is no customer support and ticketing service is useless,your app is nothing but junk. Hopeless service & delivery. I'm still waiting for my order.

@ASICSamerica I have placed an order(ASCUS45703237) on 7th,order is still not processed,customer support said I cannot cancel & they cannot deliver it before 16th.I won't be available after 16th,customer support said I cannot change shipping address as well.Any help here?

Thanks for the response, I have been waiting for the call from a long time. What does earliest mean? When would that happen? Been two days already and I haven't received any call.

@airtelindia I've raised an issue on 31-Aug'20 & I've not received any call till now regarding the connection. Very poor customer service and I guess it's better off for me to go ahead with an other provider.

@ACTFibernet The slow network issue is not resolved and now from today afternoon there's no internet connectivity at all. What kind of service is this? I've raised numerous complaints but no one responds at all. Pathetic service.

@ACTFibernet I've DMed my contact number,as I said it's more than 20hrs that a complaint has been lodged and I have not received any update on this.Your CC guy said I'll receive a call within 4hrs yesterday.

@ACTFibernet I've opted for ACT Lightning plan,supposed to give 200mbps speed. I'm getting 1.48mbps. Do you even care about addressing the complaints?

@MoCA_GoI Its been more than 2months that I haven't got any response & refund from @AirAsia @AirAsiaSupport They're not refunding the money.Their customer care support abruptly cuts the calls when I discuss about refund.Attaching the screenshots here.

@AirAsiaSupport Its been more than 2months that I haven't got any response & refund from your side. Don't ask me again to DM you. I want the refund back. Your CC support cuts the call abruptly and the AVA support is hopeless.
