@Coach_Yac If we can get a bonafide #1 WR for this, we should do it. Even the first round of the draft is hit or miss. “A first round pick could be anything. It could even be Garrett Wilson.”
Chris jones and it isn’t close. He fell off big time after this last extension. The other 3 are on the chiefs Mount Rushmore. Not sure who the 4th is though.
Lol these are the same people who thought the Rams were going 17-0 and the Seahawks were going to be their only threat. They’ll do anything to make sure they show the Niners no respect.
Leader: Jaguars star WR/CB Travis Hunter says he'll mentor struggling teammate Brian Thomas Jr.
“I just try to give him motivation. Let him know I’m here for him. If he needs me, I’m right here with him.”
Hunter is the definition of a class act 👏
Having their son leave the camp instead of teaching them that you have to push through adversity. Sounds like the kid wasn’t listening and participating right. So you’re gonna teach him he just gets to leave..? Life is harsh.
My guy bro. EXACTLY. Boys need fathers… that kid is way too big to have mommy protecting him from harsh words at a football camp. The world is never gonna be soft on boys and men. Better to learn that lesson early.
Marshawn is perfect.
"Is there a man here with you?"
Sons need fathers. We men speak to each other, and learn, differently. Not bad or good, just is.
More Marshawn. Well done.
Wemby has a 9 inch advantage on Thompson.. but since he has NO CLUE how to post up he got his game winner blocked 😂😂
Stop chucking 3s and develop a hook shot! 👊
@rickroc4@JayLockeriusII@Doscero20 Ain’t gonna be a “highest” bidder at this point. It’s just a matter of how his contract works and how much dead money we take on vs how much the new team is responsible for. If he’s cheap maybe we can get a 6th.
I would happily trade a 3rd for Quenton Nelson… D-Line’s been looking solid. Get whatever rotation guys we can get for 6th and 7th. Let Colby sit and learn behind an all-timer. Bring London or Wilson if they can be had. Championship.
Terrell Owens says watching Mike Evans’ route running makes him think he could still play in the NFL
TO: “We were watching the game. Mike was playing, Mike Evans, and I was like, ‘Look at his routes.’ I’m like, ‘I can do that. It’s not like he’s blazing speed.’”
“He just knows how to run routes, knows where to go, and then the quarterback can save you. Like he was just catching some really average plays.”
Gurley: “Oh, he’s killing it, but he ran straight.”
TO: “Yeah, but he was putting up numbers though.”
Gurley: “No, he’s having damn near one of his best years.”
TO: “Yeah, bro. He was balling.”
Chris: “You saying you can do that?”
TO: “Bro, absolutely.”
There is NO valid reason for even considering putting Mike Evans out there this week. None.
I get he wants to play. He’s a tough dude. But it shouldn’t be his decision. A part of roster and health management is telling players when they need to sit out for their own good AND for the good of the team.
Start Kirk and Cooks. Give Watkins and Cowing targets. If those latter two can’t get open, can’t run the precise routes, or can’t complete the catches, they have no business being on the roster. Cut them.
Mike Evans is a prime weapon—but one they need to preserve at all costs. The 49ers can win this game and the next several without Mike. If they can’t, there’s a bigger problem to address than just his nagging injuries.
SIT Mike TF down until he’s healed enough to play with some degree of safety from a ruptured Achilles. Playing him this week would be malpractice.
