@1cor127@jreesebradley There’s also wine droplets out there. They remove tannins and sulfites, the wand is for histamines and sulfites. If you get headaches from red but not white, then try to sticking to the lower body/high acidity reds. There’s less in there to trigger you.
@Mizzle760 Fun experiment! We had a small batch California Syrah last night. Normally a full body CA wine is a headache trigger. But, no problem at all!
@vine_verse On the headache point, there's recent study of a particular phenolic (quercetin). Intriguing evidence, though I haven't seen anything clinical about it yet. Many studies challenge the idea of sulphites, and I still think that's the trigger for some, but not as often as thought.
@edbmarsh To your observation about college athletes, we’re the ones who didn’t let the poorer coaches, teammates and referees along the youth sports journey lower our standard. We emerge with the ability to perform no matter what’s happening around us, a key to sales & innovation.
@BrianTracy Three of my favorites in here. 1) plan you next day at the end of the current one, 2) written to-do lists, with the satisfaction of crossing off the completed tasks and 3) protecting mental health to enable everything else to work.
