@ZssBecker While I don’t have the networth of you, I do have enough millions to retire at 42 (have been semi retired since 40. Jesus and my 5 young kids 8 and under are big parts of my happiness and contentment.
I started homeschooling my kids this year for the first time. I have 5 kids 3-7 years old. I homeschooled the 4,5,7 year old. My 7 year old graduated 2 grades by Valentine’s Day. My 4 and now 6 year old are about to complete their 2nd grade. We took a 3 month break from Feb to April to ski more. Got 35 days of skiing in.
This fall we might have done 1-2 hours to have them get so far ahead.

As someone who has bought a ton of homes and sold a few but I am not a realtor, IMO 6% is outrageous. I have sold my last few for higher than I could with realtors by paying someone $500 to list on MLS and I did the rest. Hired best broker in town and in a year their best offer was 1.6M and I then took it over and sold for 1.9M about 4 months later.
There will be some who will always want a realtor but AI, block chain and so on will continue to erode this career path.
@hjluks Have you done any posts on the latest breakthroughs in cartilage regrowth or other ways to bring back joints? Do you think in 5-10 years we will have ways to reverse much of the damage?
