@jillrock12 @markscheig I knew Kyle when he was 20. He was a big guy and a fighter. This is not in any way about him not standing up for himself. He was just called up to the NHL and they threatened his lifelong dream. This was not about him not fighting for himself. Don't blame the victim.

@popeyejones44 @goodker5 @BenPopeCST Kyle was labeled a behavior problem, crucified in the media for being a washout, the biggest bust in Blackhawks draft history. No one stood up and defended him. They may not have been able to take action against Aldrich themselves but there were lots of ways to support Kyle.

@popeyejones44 @goodker5 @BenPopeCST They treated Kyle badly, using homophobic slurs, taunting him and even now most of them refused to participate in the investigation. They knew what happened and didn't stand by their teammate.
