We’re celebrating the fast adoption of chatGPT Work and all the incredible effort that went into it today. I’m feeling like a limit reset.
Hold on tight to your ultra and /fast and see you in a few hours when I’m back at the laptop!
Feature request for @OpenAI and @thsottiaux :
ChatGPT Projects are useful, but larger projects quickly become cluttered because there’s no way to create subfolders or sections inside a project.
It would be great to support:
• Subfolders within Projects
• Drag-and-drop chat organization
• Custom names, icons, or colors for folders
• Collapsible sections for different workstreams
For example, one project could contain separate folders for research, planning, prompts, assets, and execution.
Projects already help organize conversations across topics. Subfolders would make them much more practical for long-term and complex workflows.
Releasing the model weights and technical report of Kimi K3.
Kimi K3 is our most capable model: a 2.8T MoE model with native visual understanding and a 1M-token context window.
New model architecture: 2.5x the intelligence per unit of compute, not just more params.
Alongside Kimi K3, we're opening up more of the stack behind it — high-performance attention kernels, MoE communication library, and infrastructure for running agent environments at scale.

I've noticed that Tibo is getting more and more into playing word games lately. Even if we're talking about GPT-6, they did mention earlier that it would be released in August, but surely it wouldn't be this soon, would it ?!🙀
chatgpt work is remarkable, and "work" undersells it.
from my phone i sent:
"use all my chat history to figure out ideas for a long weekend trip with 8 friends, plan the best three options, make a full-stack site where the 9 of us can coordinate on what we would want to do in each place and decide where to go, and then after we get to group agreement make reservations. draft an email in my gmail i can send out to my friends when the site is ready."
it...just worked.
I’d also like to see some of the previous features added back, such as the ability to reference chats as content in Work or Codex, or to freely switch between Works within the same chat interface to get work done.

The GPT desktop app now features Chat, Work, and Codex interfaces, but I’ve noticed that users can no longer @-mention each other in chats across these interfaces. Currently, @-mentions are only allowed within Codex for local projects in the Codex interface.
I remember that it used to be possible to embed a Chat conversation from the web version into the Codex, or to link to it in some way. I’d like to try embedding my Chat conversation within the Work interface, or switching from my original Chat window to Work to demonstrate and perform certain actions (such as uploading to GitHub or packaging and uploading to other platforms), but I’m currently unable to do either of these things.
It feels like there's been a bit of a step backward in terms of functionality.☹️
We have reset usage limits for all Codex and ChatGPT Work users.
Last night around 2am to 4am we suffered an almost global outage. All well and recovered, but you know what comes next.
We learn. We reset. Enjoy.

Tibo pressed that reset button. Luckily, I didn’t use a reset card, but unfortunately, my quota was already due for a reset anyway.
So next time, could everyone also advocate for it to not overwrite the quota, and instead just provide a reset opportunity?😭

GPT happened to go down today, so while I had some time to organize my old stuff, I suddenly stumbled across my 2024 photoshoot. I looked so young and naive back then~🫨
