@Budget We rented a car through you in Florida and it was a terrible experience. My overall bill was twice what was quoted and the CS person that helped us, flat out lied to charge us more. And now I have extra charges that popped up. NOT HAPPY.

@Starbucks fail number 2. Asked for an Americano (hot) with heavy cream. This is what I received. Zero cream. Had to dump it out. #sadface The universe is trying to help me quit coffee I think.

Part of getting an expensive cup of coffee is the friendly service..so when I pop into the @starbucks in Estes Park, only to be scolded by a barista (who was scolding everyone) - very disappointing - I’ll stop at the gas station next time. Worst Starbucks experience. #estespark
