@bullishdumping@DMG3465@PatrickBatelink It is okay. I hope you don't brag yourself as a link marine because you don't have the patience, the emotional stability, nor the knowledge to be one. Lol. Bye.
@Fausto891 @DeFiPuppet @DecipleSatoshi Please ignore my 3 million ada per week above. My calculation was off. If i use 30 bill ada in circulation. Assume 70% staked and 5% inflation rate and 52 weeks/year, this would be 20 million ada. If I use a curve rate, it would lower but no less than 10 million ada/week.
@Fausto891 @DeFiPuppet @DecipleSatoshi Correct me if I am wrong. Ada 5% annual staking reward would be equivalent to 3 millions ada released per week higher than 1.1 millions link.
@Fausto891 @DeFiPuppet @DecipleSatoshi The dumping narrative doesn't make sense to me since every network needs some funding mechanism to grow. Unless the founder cash out from his wallet at the peak cycle.
@Fausto891 @DeFiPuppet @DecipleSatoshi For number 2, thank for the info! . Could you help me to understand how you performed the calculation. Much appreciated!
@Fausto891 @DeFiPuppet @DecipleSatoshi With the current rate, I estimate that the number of ada funding annually would be at the very least 550 mil coins. This leads to somewhere between $20mil - $30mil released per week assuming that ada price is somewhere between $2 and $3.
@Fausto891 @DeFiPuppet @DecipleSatoshi Also for number 1, have you checked whether all weekly link coins are sold directly on exchanges? If they use CL coins to give to node operators or developer team it might be just equivalent to staking rewards or ada minting.
