@MikeNellis The problem is that too much of education is focused on job training and not classical education. Classical education prepares you for an ever changing world, job training does not.
@wesvirdelltx Paxton and integrity don’t go in the same sentence unless it is a complete lack of integrity. Paxton used the same shady tactics in his campaign that you are calling out here.
@sbellsnyder There is plenty of blame to go around with the CC situation, but with all this clamoring about property taxes how do they propose localities pay for these water projects?
@TexasChance@MichaelBerrySho I stopped worrying about what they were called when I went to the Kolache Fest in Caldwell 30 years ago and the Czechs were calling them all kolaches.
@TroyMooney@marcportermagee TX mandates testing online and many of the text book publishers products are primarily online. It is slowly starting to swing back the other direction for textbooks, but the state testing situation just gets worse.
@PLM_Pimp@SheDrills@staunovo Boards of Realtors have control over MLS data and most if not all do not allow CADs access. Can get data from compiling services, but accuracy is a problem. Most of that is extrapolated from DOT info.
@SheDrills@staunovo That’s not how it works. TX is a nondisclosure state. The appraisal district will only know the sales price if either party chooses to disclose it.
@wesvirdelltx@bradj_TX@DanPatrick These special exemptions also continuously divide communities. The whole concept is supposed to be coming together for a common good, not using the neighbor’s money for my benefit.
@JordanPugh29 With the current conference configurations and playoff format the championship games don’t make a lot of sense, unless you just view them in a vacuum. 🤷🏻♂️
@Burrows4TX All this does is add more STAAR testing. I real wish you legislators would have listened to those of us on the front lines. The original house bill was much better than this nonsense.
@DanWetzel@chiproytx Let’s just tell the politicians to keep their hands off. Don’t think college FB falls under the purview of the federal government.
