@DellCares That is what I was told yesterday and again today by Dell for repair dates. Now you say…..more of the same. Will send formal letter as a CEO to Michael Dell, he needs know Dell’s lack of response….direct my purchasing department to seek other sources.
@DellCares stated tech would be here yesterday, then said today, waited at my house both days to be sure I was here. No calls or communication from Dell. I am missing government work deadlines due to Dell PC issues and will note that fact to government…no idea when repair?
@DellCares Bought DELL PC 6 months ago. Used it for 2 of the 6 months. Three days ago it crashed….self diagnosis stated hard drive failure with case # 228464247. Dell stated would sent repair tech July 1, then July 2. Still no response. What is up with Dell Service?
