@canadalifeco Called twice already today to speak to someone. Disconnected once after being on hold over 20 mins and disconnected a second time after being on hold over 30 mins. A lot frustrating to say the least.
Attempted to purchase Sing 2 for my daughter on @TELUS On Demand. Over an hour on the phone with 3 different people and TELUS still doesn’t want my $. I finally gave up. #saddaughter

@HPCanada I’ve been on with HP Support for over 4 hours to connect a new HP Printer to an existing HP laptop. I’ve never experienced more incompetency. HP has definitely lost a customer and I will be sure to share my experience with everyone.
@HPCanada An HP Support Agent has been connected to my HP Laptop for almost 90 mins trying to get my new HP Printer operational. This is on top of the 3+ hours I’ve already spent. Very user friendly devices. Because I’ve got nothing better to do on a Thursday. Thanks HP.
