Posted this on the original, but here are better screenshots : 6’9 PF (pro-am backend), 99 d-board, 93 block, 93 driving dunk, 72 standing dunk, 80 3-ball, 85 steal/perimeter, maxed out BH and SWB. Needs 18 caps to completely max everything listed. If you try to make this build, the cap breakers are incredibly finicky, even more so than the 6’8 builds. Only weakness is FT, but i still shoot 75% at the line with a 42.
