@JohnOwning Edge- No clue yet. Could be top 10-12, could be bottom 5
DT- Top 5
LB- Probably league average at best. If Overshown is healthy all year and Barham and Winters both pan out, could be between 10 and 20. As of now bottom 10.
CB- Combine Edge/LB answer
S- Top 5
@ochocinco If he doesn’t sign by that mid July deadline he doesn’t get paid and has to sit out the year. He will def sign it by then- trade or no trade. I’m sure he will have “a lingering hamstring” or something else DM tells him to use to not play without a market setting deal or trade
@GregoryBossert1@BaldyNFL@nflnetwork@dallascowboys@Mzlzchi Just because your GM uses the consensus board to draft guys does not mean you know a damn thing. A lot of great evaluators had Lawrence as a first rounder. Lemon specializes in attacking the middle of the field and your locker room problem QB cannot throw to the middle.F you cunt
@ZachWolchuk@1053thefan Dream picks would be Delane and trade back to 28 (get 58) Malachi Lawrence then take Josiah Trotter w 58.
Will settle for anyone but Faulk at 12 or 20. Don’t hate the player, just don’t think he fits what Dallas needs (an impact defender) with their first 2 picks
@CamaroSSSUPER@FootsDaKing@NickHarrisFWST Would not call Faulk bad as much as he is a solid run defender that will never be a pass rusher. I am also out on Faulk until round 2 and would rather go elsewhere personally- we can find run stoppers later on. Get a guy that strikes fear in QBs
@Marcus_Mosher layer 20 exactly for me. Would love him paired with Malachi Lawrence if we move back from 12 instead of up. Take Johnson 20 and Lawrence 28, 29, 31, 34
@FootsDaKing It’s not trashing the player to view him more like Zion and DDS. Length, strength, really plays outside zone well. Rushes down the middle and is a flat out project to make him impact the pass game. I would rather take Lawrence 12 and I’d even be upset w that. Move back tbh
@LedyardNFLDraft He is one of the more physical press man corners in the class. My issue is that sometimes he tries to guess what the QB wants to do and comes off his assignment to find the ball which is risky. Has some Diggs to him (good and bad). I have him as player 29 and CB5
@fakecorykinnan Is 2050 and 2110 that lopsided in what they are calling a “buyer’s market” because everyone has reported 5 of the top 10 open to bailing? To get it back to balanced- Dallas could also give up 112 and now it is 2120-2110
@Mr4thAndLong I would be disappointed. We need pass rushers that first off- can rush the passer. Faulk is stout as hell but will get coverage sacks- not win off the snap sacks. Give me Malachi Lawrence or short armed Howell at 20 before Faulk and at 12 I would rather trade out if big 7 gone
@SamMonsonNFL Keyshawn James-Newby. Undersized DPR that can burst off the snap and run the hoop. Pass rush specialists create immense value and anywhere after the 4th is a steal for him
@timeforjeffrey Miller has a ton of experience. Pass pro is solid. For a guy as big as he is, he seems to have issues with sinking and also he is not a guy that mauls in the run game. I think he is OT 5 and I don’t love that at 20. (Mauigoa, Freeling, Proctor, Iheanachor)
@LedyardNFLDraft Jon- we do see Malachi Lawrence the same btw. Plenty of things about the athleticism and frame (w ability to add mass without losing juice) remind me of DeMarcus Ware. I love the upside of Lawrence in a class w a lot of flavors of edge players
