He will be able to take sharper and more contemporary decisions being in the 'present moment'. One would be acting more relevant to the current situation, not influenced by a mind and intellect that is substantially pre-influenced by past experiences and older neural paths.

The new leader must disassociate oneself from his own internal thinking tools - own mind, intellect and memory. He rather be a witness to his wave of thoughts and ideas arising on his plane of mind and intellect while responding to the challenge and the situation in front of him.
