@telegram for the last month and a bit connecting to Telegram has been a nightmare. It is always saying connecting for up to a few minutes everything I go into the app, irrespective of internet connection.

@telegram Telegram has been extremely slow for the last few weeks. It says connecting for ages before anything happens. Uploading and downloading files has also been extremely slow. Other apps have been working fine.
