Esta semana, entre cafés en Kioto y caminatas sin destino en Seúl, me cayó una realización:

No emprendí porque fuera un “genio visionario”. Emprendí porque no encajaba en el sistema tradicional.

Universidades, corporativos, jerarquías… hay quienes florecen ahí. Yo no. Para mí, emprender fue la única forma de diseñar mi propio juego.

Scott Galloway dice que muchos inmigrantes se vuelven emprendedores porque no tienen otra opción. No es valentía, es supervivencia. Y los datos lo confirman: aunque solo representan el 13% de la población en EE.UU., los inmigrantes constituyen el 27.5% de los emprendedores.
