@rapidobikeapp New modus operandi for charging high by Rapido drivers: Accept the booking —> Don’t move towards pickup point —> Customer will call —> Ask for extra money.

@ThaneCityPolice At Viviana Mall Auto-Rikshaw refuses to go on meter and ask for 3x money. ₹200 for the distance of 3km. What action can I expect against these guys ?
@letsblinkit Friends, pay attention to the bill (observe the Surge Charge), most of these companies have no ethics, I only find them opportunist (मौक़ा-परस्त). नजर हटी-दुर्घटना घटी 😄

@HidesignHQ Experinced very poor service. They took 2 months to color & polish my bag (of course chargeable). Very shoddy wok, no finish, color stains. Now they will take another 15 days for such a small work.
Customer service defines the brand value. Poor service standards…
@airindia And Air India is back with it’s old style of operation. Reasons for which I moved away from Indigo, one by one all of them experiencing with Air India. Impolite staff, taking cabin baggage just before boarding, pathetic food and now poor Maharaja Club service…
@airtelindia Pathetic customer care, it’s a task to raise complaint, only IVRS, there is nobody to help despite being a black (so called valued) customer :-(
Have raised signal issue multiple times, no resolution in sight, I think time to switch the service…
@eazydiner I find Eazy Diner a complete useless program. Absolute waste of membership and accumulated points. Anybody paying for the membership, use that money for dining, don’t waste it on Eazy Diner membership 👎
