@MarkConnollyCBC Snails, Lima beans, pickled herring, bones & skin in canned salmon, kidneys, weird jellied salads, popcorn flavoured jelly bellies (texture is so off putting combined with the flavour), any kind of feet - luckily, all these things are pretty easy to avoid.

People who argue against changing names that have outlived their time - for things like teams, trails, Mtn peaks - because “names don’t matter & there are more important things & you are being too sensitive” are proving the point.

They do matter, for good reason.

@kkidia @JournalGIM Great thread. Also we should stop saying a patient is inappropriate for a service. The service may not meet the patient’s needs, or the patient may have been referred inappropriately, but the patient themself is not inappropriate.
