Extremely disappointed with @Uber_Support. My husband's account was blocked for fraud documents which is incorrect and no further reasoning provided. In addition uber owes a refund for 400$ on which there is radio silence. Would honestly expect a bit more clarity!

so disappointed with the customer care service of @FlairAirlines Due to a miss up from your staff we were charged extra and when they found out about the issue, we were promised a refund in 7 days. It's been 4 months now, after countless calls and visiting in person still nothing
