@PockitUK My account was not suspended… a payment was made and then a week later it disappeared.. there was always a credit balance so the anomaly must be traced as your computers have glitched.. NOT GOOD FOR CONFIDENCE
You don’t respond to emails sent to help@pockit so that is why fraudsters can do what they do. Account holders are so stressed at you ignoring them they use any way to contact YOU. Are you sure you aren’t going in to Administration? I have emailed 3 times in past 2 weeks NO REPLY

money back. I had to spend a further £300 to fly via Germany and I am sure as hell not accepting a voucher that's only valid for 12 months when I didn't even want to book the flight in the first place. Totally disgraceful @ryanair@CitizensAdvice
@CitizensAdvice Thanks, the issue is that @Ryanair have not honoured their original promise of a refund, and are now not making it clear how to again notify them that I would indeed still like a refund
@Ryanair I had requested a flight refund and was emailed that it would be processes and that it just took longer than normal and shouldn't re-request the refund. Then today I received an email that I will receive a voucher instead. This is illegal. I requested a refund!
