I found that while Americans will be removed from the Food Stamps program California will keep paying the bills for illegals to have food stamps

California uses state-funded programs like the California Food Assistance Program for noncitizens

Also in mixed-status households, very common in California because of anchor babies, undocumented parents can apply for eligible U.S. citizen children to have food stamps
