@Jeanne2999432@JMURR2012 I lump Pembroke in with Lumberton & Laurinburg. They all have the same vibe. It won't be long before they get more Flock cameras, I bet.
Your guess is as good (or better) then mine. My folks live in Lumberton and had their car stolen out of their driveway in the middle of the night by a meth head. It was found in Alabama 3 days later. That's what triggered my investigation. Lumberton and Laurinburg have always had a bad reputation, from what I've heard. 🤷♀️
Why do we even have them???
📢 Flock CEO @glangley:
“The greatest deterrent to crime isn’t the severity of the punishment. It’s the certainty of being caught. That’s the equation we’re changing.”
Oh, really? If raising the certainty of being caught is the core promise…why are so many of these places still so far above the national rate? 🤔👇🏻
Robbery + burglary + car theft vs. national rate in North Carolina:
📍 Charlotte — 257 cameras
2022: ▲ 59% | 2025: ▲ 168%
📍 Durham — 63 cameras
2022: ▲ 59% | 2025: ▲ 153%
📍 Lumberton — 19 cameras
2022: ▲ 588% | 2025: ▲ 460%
📍 Laurinburg — 5 cameras
2022: ▲ 216% | 2025: ▲ 255%
📍 Pembroke — 8 cameras
2022: ▲ 61% | 2025: ▲ 602%
Huntersville (34) and Mooresville (54) remain below the national rate so they never needed the system to begin with in that case.

It almost seems like the Flock system is, idk, not serving the purpose they claim it serves... If my suspicion is correct, then what purpose is it serving?
@LaurenHenryNews@kfor The Flock system is nothing more than a carrot on a stick for cops and the cameras do NOT deter crime no matter what the Flock CEO says.
Lol. How ironic that you'd recommend I do that when you're doing the same thing to another child of God. Do you know what the Bible says about hypocrisy? Your personal outrage, and the effort you've made to give it more validity than other people's, is disingenuous on its face.
The moral superiority seething from people who defend Erika's "right" to dodge valid questions about aspects of Charlie's life up until his murder, including inconsistencies she herself communicated, is exactly why people aren't backing down.
@I_Am_JohnCullen Conclusion after 2+ hours of investigation using AI. The overlapping information excludes typical maintenance explanation for being in Provo. This plane and the US Army spy plane both circled Provo twice before departing. This plane departed after the murder took place.
