@JackMac Parked my car for free on 35th st near the lake yesterday, took the bike out and rode for 10minutes on Lake shore trail. Was very easy. But yea, taking a car there is a pain
@twinkarras@lacherbauer@lucasmuseum@FOTPChicago I would agree with you if they tried to build it on one of the beaches or instead of Buckingham fountain, but it’s a f-ng parking lot and now will stay that way for years to come because of our ‘Friends of parking lots’. Enjoy

Winnie the Pooh by A.A Milne
Written by A A Milne
“If you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day so I never have to live without you.”
Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind. “Pooh?” he whispered. “Yes, Piglet?”
“Nothing,” said Piglet, taking Pooh’s hand. “I just wanted to be sure of you.”
“We’ll be Friends Forever, won’t we, Pooh?” asked Piglet.
“Even longer,” Pooh answered. “If ever there is tomorrow when we’re not together… there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we’re apart… I’ll always be with you.”
@FreightAlley I keep hearing how this war is great for US and EU is screwed. I’m currently in Paris and fuel prices went up here less than in US since war started. Can someone explain me why?
The boring AI infrastructure stack nobody talks about 💡
$FIX — installs HVAC in data centers. No cool air, no compute.
$VST — Texas power plants that never sleep. AI signs directly with them.
$VRT — liquid cooling inside every hyperscaler. NVDA ships GPUs, VRT ships everything around them.
$ETN — moves power from grid to chip. Data center backlog up 200% YoY.
$PWR — wires the grid to the data center. $44B backlog. Building AI’s foundation.
$ENS — UPS batteries keeping data centers online when the grid blinks.
$BWX — builds nuclear reactors. Microreactor play for behind-the-meter AI power.
Picks → shovels → wires → cooling → backup. Every layer has a winner.
