The most frank point made in @ABCnews #4Corners last night quickly passed by — it was this statement from a Chinese academic:

▪️“If there's a war, definitely [China will target US forces based in Australia] because you are allies of United States.

▪️“And then you have their military bases — including their nuclear submarines [which] pose a direct and serious threat to China.

▪️“If there's a war, definitely China can attack [the US bases in Australia].”

👉 Comment: In my view this statement of ‘realpolitik’ certainly deserves an in-depth program of its own.

The threat the US bases are making to Australia should be headlined on every news program today.

We need to seriously examine the lethal and self-destructive costs of supporting America as it prepares its next war of aggression.
