@Wale Mental health wasn’t part of the blueprint for many African parents survival was. Tough skin replaced therapy, and faith or community filled the gaps. I don’t blame them; they worked with the tools they were given.
I notice that I laugh a lot but not only when something is funny. I laugh when I feel uncomfortable. I laugh when I’m nervous or confused. I laugh to keep from crying sometimes. Laughing is my coping mechanism. anyone else do this?
When u get in other people unserious drama in this industry 90pct of the time they be back friends... eventually ..and then u look silly... in the end... so I love minding my business. If a photo can create such vitriol , one has to ask himself some questions. Happy Monday

I am grateful everyday that GOD put me through all of those tests over the past few years. I was called everything under the sun, as I attempted to bring light to the atrocities/tragedies happening around the world.
I still have more work to do.
