@jasonfried We use BC, and personally HEY!, we pay +8x more per year for HS then BC. And feature for feature, performance, etc... It just both me being frustrated, and being real that 37Signals could deliver a better product on a 12 hour coding binge then 10 years of where we've been.
@jasonfried Just to put in context, I've been a customer since 2013- We have a small team of 15, and between the cost, sending limitations, failure to display even modest HTML formatted incoming emails, it is over priced and underwhelming.
@jasonfried I keep having to dump the cache for new messages to load correctly and old seen messages to drop out. Did raise a support request earlier this year but issue persists.
