Did you know that just 20 minutes in nature can help reduce stress levels? Spending time outdoors and moving our bodies can calm the mind, help us focus and boost our emotional wellbeing. Fresh air and exercise arenโt just great for our bodies, theyโre great for our mental health too.
Sometimes the most helpful thing we can do is just get moving outside.ย Reconnecting with the natural world also helps us find new perspectives. So if your mind feels busy today, head outdoors for a while. You donโt need to have everything figured out. Just take the next step forward.
