Joined twitter as I am a victim of #footballindex instead of placing bets every week with a traditional bookmaker I placed my stake in football index, money built up over time, now it seems I have lost the lot, I'm hoping FI survives with new management or to be refunded

@TheWelshBearFI @RicHolden @FootballIndex @GamRegGB @DCMS #footballindex was very different to traditional gambling, you built up your fund slowly, some people over years, it was run like you were investing/saving but GC/FCA or whoever should have been keeping an eye on there conduct have failed us, our money should have been protected

#Footballindex was so different to traditional gambling, to play FI you put sums of money in over time to build your portfolio value, we were stitched up like kippers when I think about it now... Our money should be protected, people from outside may not understand this

@Hammer_FI I'm ok, only money I could afford... No one should lose the sums of money I am seeing, the nature of football index was like banking money, never minded losing from bad trades, FI was sold as an alternative to traditional betting where you did not lose all your stake
