I worked in the trades long enough to find the porta-potty comments about me amusing, not offensive just compliments from men I didn’t even know. Thick skin with a sense of humor. I was offered a personal washroom delivery by the superintendent, but I declined to not be a pain.
Later years in life, as a business owner, pregnant, in steel-toes and a hard hat. I was treated with respect across multiple sites. If anything, the guys treated me the same or better. Overall, a positive experience. It seems them and I always acknowledged I was different, but I knew I didn’t deserve special treatment in that environment.
If you’re smart, you’ll reject anything anti-men or anti-women.
Because it’s no different than feminism.
Feminism was never about equality. It was a hate movement.
It thrived by dissolving responsibility from both sexes.
Men got sex without responsibility. Women got resources from multiple men.
That same system created black pill. Just the other side of the coin.
People claim tradcons’ is the flip side to feminism’s opposite.
That’s shortsighted but intentional and just another way to blame.
If there were no resentment between men and women, these ideologies wouldn’t exist.
Under these labels, “right” and “wrong” don’t matter.
Winning does.
At the other’s expense.
That fuels more hate.
Now both sides are weaker, lonelier, and more disposable.
Any movement that fractures families, and divides the sexes, is anti-men and anti-women by design, and needs to be avoided at all cost.
God above everything. A man’s worthy mission should be prioritized before his wife. A woman should help ensure he does that because that is her job and what’s best for the children.
The door was always open in my house growing up. Neighbours and community members could turn up at any time for tea and cake and they did almost daily. Kids and adults. Our house was next to my grandma’s and my auntie’s and my godmother lived 10 minutes away. Children were raised in communities. Women had support 24/7. Life, fun and burdens were shared. We don’t see that anymore and then we wonder why women sometimes opt out of having children or feel unhappy while raising them.
Guys see a girl with a good attitude and immediately say, “we need to clone her,” but they’ve got it wrong.
All women are born liberal.
What separates one woman from the next is the man in her life.
Most men don’t have the patience to guide a woman, so they dip the moment problems show up and jump to the next one, only to repeat the same cycle again.
There’s a saying:
“If you’re tired of starting over, stop giving up as soon as it gets hard.”
As a mom of three I know our family would greatly suffer without their dad. If anything were ever to happen to one of us as parents I’d prefer it was me. I want the standard, quality and security of life for our kids to physically, emotionally and be ultimately safest. Women have a hard time alone to begin with. Adding on children would be even harder on her and on the children. We were meant to be helpers, but children need leaders. This is not across the board. Some men are not worthy and some women do a wonderful job given the circumstances. Personally, I needed my dad more than my mom growing up. But at a young age lost both.
Nicki Minaj: "I am probably the Presidents number one fan, and that’s not going to change....He has a lot of force behind him, and God is protecting him."
Stop treating your wife like she’s a man.
Her brain, body and nervous system aren’t built like yours.
If you treat her like a smaller, weaker man, you’ll slowly crush the woman you love.
3 reminders every husband needs👇
1️⃣ HER BODY & NERVOUS SYSTEM ARE DIFFERENT
Your wife is not “dramatic” because she’s tired, touched-out or overwhelmed.
– She generally needs more sleep than you
– Chronic stress hits her hormones harder
– Noise, mess, conflict and constant demands spike her anxiety
When you shrug that off and say “I’m tired too,” she doesn’t feel understood.
When you guard her sleep, take over with the kids, and make home calmer and more predictable…
her body finally feels safe.
Safety first. Desire, playfulness, affection come after.
2️⃣ HER MIND CARRIES INVISIBLE WEIGHT
Most wives aren’t drowning in chores.
They’re drowning in responsibility.
– Appointments, meals, gifts, school stuff
– Who needs new shoes, who’s falling behind
– Everyone’s emotions, including yours
If your default is “Just tell me what to do,” she still has to manage everything in her head.
Honouring her looks like:
– Owning whole areas (bedtime, mornings, admin)
– Not waiting to be asked
– Not getting defensive when she’s fried
When she feels you see the mental load and shoulder it without being asked 5 times, her nervous system finally gets to stand down.
3️⃣ HER HEART NEEDS PURSUIT & REASSURANCE
Men often think: “I provide, I don’t cheat, what’s the problem?”
But she also needs:
– Warm, present listening (not cross-examining)
– Affection that isn’t always a prelude to sex
– To see from your commitment that you choose her, especially on the hard days
She doesn’t want perfection.
She wants to feel like your cherished wife, not your employee, roommate or therapist.
When you:
– Apologise first more often
– Plan time together
– Speak to her with tenderness and respect
...you become easier to trust, easier to relax around, and easier to desire.
Men: this isn’t about becoming “less masculine.”
It’s about becoming more accurately masculine for a woman, not for a man.
@pallnandi The only thing this woman flexes with her money made is a surprise, planned, paid for vacation for her family because this full time mom got a hobby that pays.
This is absolute insanity that mothers or fathers could ever have allowed this to happen. In fact with all of my children we got better night sleep when our babies were with us.
For thousands of years, babies slept with their mothers. When they cried, they were attended to. Then two men came along: Dr. Holt and John B. Watson. They said babies should be trained. That babies had to fit the assembly line schedules of their parents. "Newborns must cry to expand their lungs," they claimed. "Simply let them cry it out." And that's how the "cry it out" sleep training method was born. Watson treated babies like experiments. "Never hug or kiss your child," he wrote. "Shake hands with them in the morning." After all, mothers needed rest, to attend to their husbands and households. Watson had four children. Three attempted suicide. One succeeded. And we still follow it today. Because once you convince a mother to ignore her baby's cries, you've broken something primal.
