Instead say, "no qualified personnel available", "no spares", "we don't know what the problem is" or "we don't know how to fix the problem".

2 hour sessions are NOT the way to go in Jhb. 4 hours worked “fine” (under the 4th world conditions).

@Eskom_SA This will put a strain on infrastructure & will lead to more unplanned outages.
Greatest strain on the grid is when power is restored after loadshedding. That's when trips, explosions occur with indefinite repair times
