@SamRaincock@EscapedHere I had a repayment mortgage - I could justify any holiday or piece of jewellery as long as I paid the same amount off against the capital - lots of holidays more or less paid off my mortgage π
@pjm1kbw Dacre's background front pages were interesting - the one where the DM named the suspects in the Stephen Lawrence murder (the only time I've ever bought the DM) and other with Diana, Princess of Wales.
@forwardnotback Just did roasted new tatties in mine, 15 mins, just sliced tatties and some sunflower oil, leftovers for tomorrow in photo. Silicone liners are easier to wash than the drawers. π
@SarahLancsUK 45 years ago at Lamda, one of my contemporaries stayed with them, helped with their gorgeous two kids - she only spoke highly of the whole family. Whenever I've seen her in anything, I've had extra fondness for it, knowing how fab Janet said she was.
@Number10cat Now, I'm not mad about him, but the dog looks really cute - you can make sure he realises who's boss (you can make sure they both know who the boss is around here).
@eshelm The kids did not want to be identified; the Starmers have protected their identities by making no reference to their gender, age etc. I think it'sallowed them a bit of teenage normality at school and with friends. Vic has carried on with her job, attends very few state occasions
@OfficialTracieB Same same.
I get so sad at the summer solstice as I realise the days will be drawing in. Conversely, I am happy when it's the winter solstice as we are heading towards lots of daylight.
