1U platform for 4 Mac mini M2 Pro (12-Core CPU/32 GB/1 TB/10 Gigabit Ethernet) is ready.

The control is based on Raspberry Pi with the PiKVM with some UI customization (on the screenshot).
To control the Mac mini power button, I made a FlexPCB adapter (white one with yellow cable in the first picture) that connects directly to the Mac mini motherboard instead of the native button. This way, we have full control over 4 Mac mini's and can do anything we need to do remotely.

The prototype will go to the data center tomorrow for testing. But things are looking great at the current stage.
