Andrew Huberman shares a simple, science-backed trick to fall asleep faster when your mind races or you can't stop noticing your body position:
Close your eyes and do slow, deliberate eye movements to shut down proprioception (body awareness) and signal your brain it's time to transition into sleep.
Try this tonight (takes ~1–2 minutes):
- Slowly move eyes left → right (a few times)
- Then counterclockwise circle → clockwise circle
Look up → down
- Gently attempt to look toward the bridge of your nose (faux cross-eyed)
- Finish with a long exhale to slow heart rate
Why it works: Eye movements coordinate with your vestibular system & cerebellum to mimic the natural forgetting of body position that happens at sleep onset (similar to slow rocking or boat motion calming the brain). It gives your racing mind something active to focus on instead of "just relax."
Huberman: "Many people find it helps them fall asleep quickly—it's not kooky; it's physiology."
No apps, no gadgets—just your eyes. Game-changer for insomniacs or restless nights. Try it & report back.
Victory Day 2025
The St. John's Jesuit HS Football team is thrilled to announce the inaugural Victory Day 2025, a special event designed to provide cognitively and physically impaired children ages 6-18 with a unique opportunity to experience the thrill of football and band activities. Scheduled for Friday, July 25th from 6-7 PM at Lyden Stadium, this free event aims to create unforgettable memories for children who might otherwise never get the chance to play on the field or score a touchdown.
Victory Day will feature a variety of game-day activities, allowing participants to play football, join the band, and engage in the excitement of a stadium environment. Each camper will be paired with an SJJ Football player, ensuring personalized support and encouragement. A highlight of the event will be the campers' names being announced over the stadium PA system, followed by a grand entrance through a tunnel formed by the spirit squads and band, with the team meeting them at midfield—just like the Titans do when they take the field.
This event underscores SJJ Football's commitment to be men for others, offering these young athletes their "Victorious Moment" on the football field. Registration is free, and parents or guardians can register their child by emailing [email protected] with the child's name, age, and emergency contact information.
The Victory Day event promises to be a tremendous experience for both the players and coaches of SJJ Football, as well as the participating children, fostering a day of joy and inspiration for those who are physically unable to partake in regular events.

🚨JOE ROGAN: "People are worried that Elon is going to steal everyone's money. He has $400B. Elon's not going to steal your money. That's not what he's doing. He's a super genius that has been f**ked with. When you've been f**ked with by these nitwits that hide behind 3-letter agencies, and you're dealing with one of the smartest people alive helping Donald Trump get into office and find out what corruption is really going on, you f**ked up.
You f**ked up and picked the wrong psychopath on the spectrum. He's going to hunt you down and find out what's going on, and that's good for everybody. That's how you should be looking at this, like 'Wow, we have a brilliant mind examining these really corrupt and goofy systems and bringing in a bunch of psychopath wizards."

RFK just gave a flawless answer to Bernie Sanders asking if health care is a human right.
Bet Sanders didn't expect an answer this intelligent... he interrupted RFK IMMEDIATELY.
SANDERS: Is it a human right? Yes or no?
RFK: In the way that free speech is? It's different, because free speech costs nothing. In health care - if you smoke cigs for 20 years, and you get cancer - you are now taking from the pool of resources..-
SANDERS: -We've got a few minutes left here.
