My thoughts: lazy. Poor form. I was asking for flavor profiles, not your ranking of fave to least fave. If you’re going to offer three wines by the glass of the same grape you should either train your staff as this is likely to be a recurring question, or add menu descriptions.

Went to a semi-casual restaurant with robust wine list. They offer THREE wines by the glass of the same grape. Zero description on menu. When I ask waiter about differences he says “this one is the best, this is second best, this is third best.” Hmph 🤔Thoughts on that response?
