@virginmedia Yes online checks via account and call centre all say is fine. Unfortunately it keeps cutting out and needs addressing immediately, as affecting our ability to work. Can you arrange for an engineer?
@virginmedia ongoing connection issues. Have upgraded to hub 4 1GB and still internet cuts out. Bigger issue is no response to emails and extreme waiting times to get through on phone. Please advise urgently
