Lime & Coconut Dhal - it's a bowl of sunshine ☀️. This dhal tastes quite unique as we use kafir lime leaves as well as fresh lime zesty. If you haven't tried it yet I urge you to give it a go - it will definitely cheer you up on a grey Feb lunchtime.
