One of the reforms that was recommended by @HakiKNCHR was to have facilities that have provisions for intersex persons. So far no case has been presented to @IPOA_KE concerning intersex persons, therefore, being a challenge to follow up on these cases.

Intersex cases are pertinent to @IPOA_KE and @eawla and there are ongoing reviews on how to better handle Intersex Persons Cases especially those under police custody
