1 CEO
2 Deputy CEOs
9 Directors
24 Managers (National)
47 County Managers
290 Constituency Coordinators.

Most of these people have been with IEBC since 2013 and were involved in the last two bungled presidential elections including the 2017 elections nullified by the Supreme Court. Many are known dyed-in-the-wool partisan political operavites. All must be vetted afresh. For the pro broadbased Commission of 7 to deliver anything close to a credible election, the Secretariat must be above reproach like Caeser's wife!
