@boostmobile also your text notifications are not relevant and up to date; they gave me the wrong due date for my bill and then when I asked to switch plans I was told Id have to pay for my previous more expensive plan because my account wasn't active; I have the proof of texts

3/3 @boostmobile There are so many competitors and I don’t think @boostmobile will have customers much longer especially with mint offering services for half the price. Very disappointed in the lady I spoke with and disappointed that this is how a long term customer is treated!

@BoostCare 2/3 they told me my account was suspended and they couldn’t verify an “outage” because my account wasn’t active. About 7 years ago I had a weekend where the towers were down and they offered me my plan at 15$ less a month for 6 months to keep me as a customerî
