Livestock extension workers are the backbone of livestock production at the community level. They help Improve animal health and breeds, increase milk and meat production as well as grow rural incomes.

This morning I officiated the Graduation of 246 animal health and animal production students at AHITI Nyahururu in Nyandarua County.

I reminded the graduation class that their success will not be measured by how many certificates they have, but by how many farmers they will empower.
