@murf1990 Given the scan undertaken (not a CTPA) and the clinical indication (not a suspected PE), if I hadn’t called it may have been an hour or longer before overnight reporting got to it, or someone in the ED looked at the images themselves

@murf1990 We’ve all made that urgent finding phone call, particularly after hours when there may not be a radiologist on-site. I recall once calling ED for an incidental (!) saddle PE!
