@AskPlayStation I have just redeemed a code I got after seeing my 2024 wrap up but I can’t find where it’s downloaded to. I’ve checked my transaction history and it showed in there as a zero cost and says it’s a free game but not sure where to find it. Can you help please?

[Ian Dodd @eboydodd]

@CityWallsMC my wife is desperate for help in getting her regular medication but because she is in the middle of transferring from your gp to our new one (due to moving home) nobody will help. The medication is for anxiety and you’re treating her like this. We need urgent help.

@AmazonHelp A delay I can accept. What I can’t accept is being told it’s been delivered when it hasn’t been. It just makes me think the driver is unreliable and has lied about completing the job or worse, has stolen the item. I’m not impressed at all.

[Ian Dodd @eboydodd]

@AmazonUK I was supposed to receive a delivery on Friday but although the tracking said it was posted, nothing has been received. I’ve been waiting for that item for a month but now I can’t do anything about it until Tuesday. Totally unacceptable.

@AskPlayStation I’ve just upgraded to the Premium PS Plus and I am trying to download the Spider-Man game of the year edition, which it says is included but when I try it says Not Available for Purchase. Can you advise please. Thanks

[Ian Dodd @eboydodd]

@PLAYgamingmag Regarding the new Playstation Plus subscriptions coming in June, do you know whether Sony plan an upgrade option? I have PS Plus until Mar 23 and might consider an upgrade from that if possible.
