I am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to University of Saint Francis. I am very grateful for my family and God for this opportunity! I’m excited to see where 2023 takes me! @usf_softball@GTSBBSB @UGHSFASTPITCH 💛🤎
What do Championship Cultures Look Like?
1. We over Me
2. Process over Prize
3. Learning over Knowing
4. Humble over Arrogance
5. Positivity over Negativity
6. Serving over Self-Serving
7. Encouraging over Ignoring
Culture Wins.
Things you can control in games:
• Effort
• Attitude
• Self-talk
• Body language
• Attention
• Execution
Things you can’t control in games:
• Winning
• Your opponent
• Refs
• Fans
• Weather
• The past/future
To play your best, focus only on what you can control.
Trisha Ford has A&M softball sitting 3rd in the country.
Today she described a story she had with the freshmen about the difference of having fun and hard work.
Good stuff.
Very sad to watch some kids playing their hearts out to win & others only playing for themselves. Team sports are TEAM sports for a reason. If you’re not there to give everything to your team, you’re there for the wrong reasons. Individuals can be great within a team environment!
Check this out!! A former teammate is starting a new softball community for people looking for help on a variety of different things!🙂 @SBRRetweets@IHartFastpitch @StriveSoftball @CoachChristiana

Playing college athletics on any level is life-changing. It’s YOUR path, YOUR journey. Don’t ever compare yourself to anyone else or anyone else’s choices. Very few athletes get the chance to play at all. Be proud of the rare opportunity you’ve been given & make the most of it!
