What are the odds that:

Yo diría que al contrario, esto incentiva la formalización. Te resulta muy alto que te retengan el 15% como persona física informal?

Pues solo hay que formalizarse: Acogerse al SRT como persona física, o mejor aún sacar un empresa juridica SRL, o una ERL y acogerse al SRT donde solo pagarías el 7% a fin de año sobre tus facturaciones.

Hay mucha info online sobre como hacerlo, y es muy sencillo! Exitos 🙌

Jensen Huang stood in front of a room of Stanford graduates and told them he hopes they suffer.

He wasn't being cruel. He was being precise.

His argument: people with very high expectations have very low resilience. And resilience, not intelligence, is what decides who actually makes it. A Stanford grad has spent their whole life as the smartest person in the room. They've rarely been tested by real failure. So when something finally breaks, they break with it.

Then he said the line every founder should sit with: "Greatness is not intelligence. Greatness comes from character. And character isn't formed out of smart people, it's formed out of people who suffered."

He would know. At nine, Huang was scrubbing toilets at a Kentucky boarding school his family hadn't realized was a reform school. As a teenager he bussed tables at Denny's. In 1993 he started NVIDIA in a Denny's booth, and nearly lost it more than once in the years that followed. The character was built decades before the valuation showed up.

This is why he uses the words "pain and suffering" inside NVIDIA with what he calls great glee. He isn't trying to shield his best people from the hard part. He's trying to give it to them on purpose.

Talent gets you into the room. The people who stay are the ones who were broken once and learned they could rebuild.

El gobierno de Trump acaba de ordenar a Anthropic desactivar Fable 5 y Mythos 5 para TODOS los no-estadounidenses. Incluyendo empleados extranjeros de la propia Anthropic trabajando en EE.UU.

La justificación: un jailbreak demostrado y "seguridad nacional".

Pero pensemos en la cascada:

📊 El 66% de las startups top de IA en EE.UU. fueron fundadas por inmigrantes.
📊 La mayoría de PhDs en IA en universidades estadounidenses son extranjeros.
📊 Una de cada tres empresas de IA ya reporta dificultades de retención de talento internacional.

Ahora diles a esos investigadores que no pueden tocar las herramientas de punta. ¿Qué pasa?

🧠 Tencent abrió 17,000 posiciones en IA este año. 70% enfocadas en IA.
🧠 ByteDance multiplicó x8.7 sus vacantes de IA vs 2025.
🧠 Alibaba ofrece paquetes de 5-8M RMB anuales para investigadores de LLMs.
🧠 Yao Shunyu (ex-OpenAI) ya se fue a Tencent como Chief AI Scientist.

China no necesita robar tecnología. Solo necesita esperar a que EE.UU. expulse al talento que la crea.

Es el equivalente a prohibirle a tu mejor chef usar los ingredientes de tu propia cocina. Se va al restaurante de enfrente.

Y mientras tanto, Canadá y Europa ya tienen programas acelerados de visas para investigadores de IA. El mundo entero está con los brazos abiertos.

La ironía brutal: la política diseñada para "proteger" la ventaja estadounidense en IA puede ser exactamente lo que se la quite.

No puedes ganar una guerra de talento disparándote en el pie.

Si esta tendencia se consolida como política permanente, el ganador no es quien tiene los mejores modelos hoy.

Es quien tenga a las personas capaces de construir los del mañana.

Y esas personas tienen pasaportes. 🌍
