@AmericanAir Brenda at IND working AA 4383 on 01/24 was super helpful, very friendly, personable, and an overall great human being. Interacting with her made my day! We need more people like Brenda in the world.

It is not the role of news reporters to abandon objectivity and respond in kind when they are attacked. But it is imperative for those who value the First Amendment to point out that this type of rhetoric puts journalists and democracy at risk. https://t.co/GfrkhnhUmf

Really proud of this page I designed for @DMRegister tomorrow. The flooding in the area this weekend was just unbelievable. Shout out to @zthomp for having my back on it.

[Evan Backstrom @ecbackstrom]

@RoyalCaribbean No that link does not work either. It just says "Error locking the Cruise Reservation" like it has all weekend.

[Evan Backstrom @ecbackstrom]

@RoyalCaribbean Website is not working. I called to book a package and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. An hour later and still on hold.

[Evan Backstrom @ecbackstrom]

@KingsIslandPR very disappointed that you offer no copnesation to the 2 dozen people stranded on Eiffel Tower for half and hour.
