@British_Airways@iberia what the hell is going on ? I’ve had to reschedule the flights from Lima to the UK 3 times 😡😡😡 and you still can’t reconcile the tickets so we can check in . Flight leaves tomorrow !!! This is not good enough
@British_Airways@ABTAtravel shocked, disappointed, confused. BA holidays failed to help when delayed in Peru. I’m ££££ down. I can’t see why Iberia should reimburse when BA booked the flight and failed to link it to my BA holiday! complaints and customer service rubbish😡😡😡😡
@British_Airways Even the BA boarding pass I was issued with yesterday no longer works ! Thank goodness Iberia got me onto the next flight back to London. What link ???
@British_Airways I will be calling you tomorrow when I’m back. The actions of customer service led to complete chaos, putting me significantly out of pocket and spending 3 hours on the phone last night ahead of our flight trying to sort it . It took Iberia kind staff at Lima to sort in the end

I’m losing the will to live @garadoruk and Wudhus. You installed substandard door at my elderly parents house in February . Despite numerous calls and emails you have still not resolved the issue ! They are elderly and the door is a security risk. This isn’t good enough !
@garadoruk Shame on you ! Wudhus fitted your garage door for my elderly parents in February. It’s rusty, the seal extends to half the door and it dosent lock.Complained to Wudhus several times.They are waiting for you. Causing them stress. Be ashamed if your customer service
