A moment of kindness can make all the difference. 💙

Recently at Stratford station, Transport Support Enforcement Officers Patrick Nestori, Agit Zengin and Daniel Ogudu were alerted by station staff to a vulnerable customer attempting to travel but was clearly unwell and in need of support.

The officers quickly stepped in, taking the time to calmly engage with him, build trust and ensure he felt safe. It became clear he was confused, distressed and struggling to breathe, so the team acted fast to help him safely into a recovery position while contacting the London Ambulance Service.

They stayed by his side throughout, offering reassurance and support until paramedics arrived and took him to hospital for further care.

A huge thank you to Patrick, Agit and Daniel for their compassion, professionalism and quick thinking. Their actions are a powerful reminder of the care and support our colleagues provide to vulnerable customers across the network every day.
