@exQUIZitely Same! It felt so much as a scam to play a first person shooter with slow and poor graphics at a time were Doom was already a thing.

@exQUIZitely Yes! I’m not sure if it will become truly mainstream at some point but it seemed so much the future in the 90s and it was so crappy that it’s hard not to admire how much it improved since then !

Playing often felt easy, and then you started being a bit careless... which inevitably ended up in getting crushed by a falling boulder 😅

I remember playing gold rush on the vic-20 who is I suppose a spiritual ancestor of this!

@virtualmage17 BMX, roller skating, Hacky Sack. This was such a fun game! It was much better than the later breed of olympic games that reduced everything to button mashing.
Ski or die was something fun in a similar style!

@HatStackMike I remember finishing this game with a friend, lots of tense moments, one piloting and the other watching the screen to help catching the turns not to be missed and other odd threats!
